เป็นบทที่ดีที่สุดในรอบหลายปีของหนังไทย ไม่ใช่แค่เฉพาะจากของ GDH
ความละเมียดในรายละเอียด ความละเอียดในเชิงอารมณ์
ความสมจริงจนเหมือนกำลังมองชีวิตตัวเองและคนรอบข้าง
ยกให้ขึ้นหิ้งหนังไทยในดวงใจไปเลยกับ “หลานม่า”

I am very impressed with this story. If anyone is of Thai-Chinese
descent, they will feel even more connected. It's the best script in
years for Thai cinema, not just from GDH. The attention to detail, the
emotional delicacy, and the realism are so relatable it's like looking
at one's own life and the people around them. I would place "Lan Ma" on
the pedestal of Thai cinema in my heart.
