@mroutley I just posted my Week Two Stoic Journal entry, and I hope you enjoy this week's exercise!
Regarding the books, I believe they are absolutely worth it.
"The Daily Stoic" is excellent and can be read for the rest of your life. The book is always there for you, even if you fall off track for a while. Simply flip to today's date and read one page.
"The Handbook of a New Stoic" is also fantastic, especially if you're willing to put in the work. The exercises are very practical and structured, with the aim of helping you choose which ones you'd like to continue practicing for life. There’s even a checkbox for each exercise, allowing you to mark those you wish to continue practicing. I’m thinking of compiling the most useful exercises into my own handbook after finishing the book.
