You could never convince me that Blue Lock: Episode Nagi is not a love story! The way they speed through those football games just to focus on the relationship between Nagi and Reo is too obvious. They almost held hands on one shot LOL. Reo's heartbreak at the end just sealed the deal for me and my heart broke alongside Reo. 😭
But honestly, the pacing was all over the place and they barely scratched the surface when it came to character and story development. I don't know if I could suggest this movie to anyone who's not already a fan of Nagi or Reo, let alone someone who's never even heard of Blue Lock before.
